“Extra Easy” Golden Milk recipe:

2 cups of milk (either dairy or non-dairy is fine, we prefer coconut)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (increases curcumin absorption)
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/16 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 – In a blender, blend ingredients until smooth.
2 – Pour into a small sauce pan and heat over medium heat until warm (roughly 3-4 minutes)
3 – Drink immediately and enjoy!
